For Him

Tim's been asking me for a bag to carry his lunch to work since before Christmas. He suggested the dimensions and even went to the fabric store with me. He hasn't gotten a chance to use it yet so I'm not sure about how it will function for him. I'm really not crazy about how it turned out but we'll see what he has to say once he's had the chance to use it.

     

 

and then there was a little something for me. Maybe one for him to follow. Miles and Ben love to use it as a wrist band so it serves double duty.

 

Snow, Ice & Fire

We've been ignoring the wicked cold temps lately and have just gone with it. We've gone sleding and ice skating. We went down to the hill behind us at the school. Miles was completely in his element.

Ben was still possessed by the Indpendent 2 monster and insisted on walking the sledding hill, instead of sledding it. We just tried to go with it and watched him walk down, then patiently (for the most part) helped him back up.

 We've also done a lot of playing in the backyard:

He did great until he saw Ben on the bench eating Cheetos, then he was ready to call it a day.Who could blame him, really?

Other than that we've been sticking close to word burning stove to try to shake away some of this chill from our bones.
